Control load list
- List every relay, contactor, solenoid, sensor, indicator and control supply.
- Separate steady-state VA from start-up current and identify devices that energise together.
- State the minimum acceptable control voltage during the worst-case load event.
Panel conditions
- Provide available depth, mounting position, terminal access and touch protection.
- Record ambient temperature, ventilation and nearby heat sources.
- Coordinate primary and secondary protection with switchgear and wiring.
Approval questions
- Confirm the destination-market standard and required declarations.
- Agree labelling, terminal numbering and enclosure requirements.
- Define the sample tests and production checks.
